In the center of Moscow to be under construction the economy class hotel

According to messages of the press service of the RGI International company, the government of Moscow decided to revive anew construction of hotel of an economy class on Zemlyanoy Val Street in the capital center. On this place in the center of the capital construction of an office building was originally planned. But in 2009 the authorities of Moscow passed the decision on construction on this platform of the object, representing by itself economy class hotel.


The hotel complex will include underground parking and 160 numbers. The hotel will have the area of 9,48 thousand square meters, and will take place on a site in 0,156 hectares. It is reported that the project will successfully be entered in historical building surrounding it.

One year is allocated for design works, and for construction about 3-4 years. While exact date of implementation of the project don't report.

Development of the project an architectural workshop «the Meganumber Project» Yury Grigoryan which worked earlier over other project of the company, shopping center Tsvetnoy Central Market. (winner of the competition EuroShop Retail Design Awards).
