In 2011 from the budget of Petersburg for underground building have allocated 10,2 billion roubles. Next year commissioning of stations "Bucharest" and "International" is planned, in 2013 will open a lobby "Spassky", in 2014 – the second input on station "Sports".
Within the next 4–5 years of the underground it is planned to expand a minimum on seven stations, and by 2025 to finish their quantity to 109 against 65 today.
