The Chinese record - 30 floors of hotel for 2 weeks

The Chinese engineers and builders could establish a new record – in a small town under the name of Chanan in a province Hunan, in the shortest terms the 30-storeyed hotel has been constructed. Terms of its building have made only 2 weeks. Differently, the building has been constructed all for 360 hours.


The building company under name Broad Group, which specialization is building of modern power effective and safe objects for environment, used at building of this unique building essentially new method. The modules made at factories "were simply put on" a special metalware. The Chinese engineers are assured that created them of a building is, despite speed of building, reliable. They have declared that the building is capable to sustain nine-mark earthquake.

Besides speed and ecological compatibility of a new method of building, experts name its advantage comparative cheapness.
