From the beginning of year cement in Russia has risen in price for third

In September of current year the average price for cement has increased by 1 % – to 2931 roubles for ton (without delivery and the VAT), from the beginning of year growth has made 32,1 %. About it it is told in the message of investment company "SMPRO".Cement manufacture has increased to level of September of last year by 9,8 percent and has made 5,9 million tons. For nine months cement manufacture has increased by 12,4 % by corresponding period of last year to 43 million tons.


The average price for nonmetallic building materials has grown for 15,1 percent to level of August and has made 295 roubles for cubic meter. From the beginning of year the average price has increased by 31,9 %. Manufacture of nonmetallic building materials in comparison with the similar period of last year has increased by 11,7 % to 39 million cubic meter.

Concrete cost in relation to August has increased on 2,1%и has made 3242 roubles for cubic meter. From the beginning of year the price has grown on 19 %. Concrete manufacture in September in comparison with the similar period of last year has increased by 12,5 % and has made 2,7 million cubic meter.

The average price of ferro-concrete products and designs in September has grown on 0,3 % and has made 7641 rouble for cubic meter (from the beginning of year the price has increased by 6,8 percent). Manufacture ЖБИ and ЖБК in comparison with the similar period of last year has increased by 12,5 % and has made 2,2 million cubic meter.

According to the review, the brick for a month has on the average fallen in price on 0,4 % to 5359 roubles for one thousand pieces. From the beginning of year the price has grown on 15,8 %. Brick manufacture to level of September, 2010 has increased by 4,5 % and has made 909 million conditional bricks.

As the newspaper "Kommersant", retail prices for cement (with delivery marks and VAT) in Moscow reach now 3500–4000 roubles. Experts explain a rise in prices deficiency of the cement, in the arisen summer because of transport complexities (deficiency of railway cars was observed). Under forecasts of analysts, till the end of the year the prices for cement can fall to 10–15 % in connection with seasonal reduction in demand.
