At once it becomes clear that the company pursues distant prospects, and pair of huge expocenter for St.-Petersburg it already search.
The project of new expocenter, as well as many other projects of "Gazprom", expensive (an order of 1 billion dollars), assuming to amaze and inhabitants of Petersburg and especially visitors with novelty and modern technologies, both in building, and in equipment. Certainly, the new project has every chance quickly to pay off, as at it very successful site – near to the airport, nearby passes Pulkovsky and Petersburg highway.
Besides, as well as in many European exhibition centers, in the Petersburg some hotels various stars, business centers and showrooms will be constructed. It will be a so-called commercial real estate which is capable to bring in the considerable income, especially if to consider that in the new center events for Gazprom and its affiliated undertakings (direct daughters nearby 200) will be carried out.
