As it was informed earlier, the complex on 3600 numbers will take place on a site the area of 34,5 hectares and becomes the largest hotel Olympic object. It will include some hotel buildings of level three-four stars. The complex most part will be made by inexpensive two-room apartments with granting of additional hotel services. Hotels will work under brand Park Inn (the operator — network Rezidor Hotel Group).
Also within the limits of the project it is planned to construct shopping centers, restaurants, a cinema, an aquapark, a sports complex, a conference hall. Total area МФК will make 183 thousand square meters. The developer of the project is company Top Project (enters in "Renova-Strojgrup"). To finish building it is supposed in the beginning of summer of 2013.
"Renova-Strojgrup" specializes on realization of large-scale projects in the market of inhabited real estate (in Ekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Perm, Yaroslavl, Krasnodar and Moscow Region) and building of commercial real estate.
