President Dmitry Medvedev has signed the Federal law «About modification of article 93 of the Ground code of the Russian Federation».
As the press-service of the Kremlin has informed, the Federal law is accepted by the State Duma on November, 18th, 2011 and it is considered the approved Federation Council according to a part of 4 articles 105 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
In the Federal law the questions, defences concerning the earths and safety are regulated.
The federal law provides new edition of point 7 of article 93 of the Ground code of the Russian Federation by which the blank in legal regulation of ground relations is eliminated.
Now on the earths of defence and safety the Ground code of the Russian Federation supposes to establish only prohibited zones.
According to the Federal law with a view of maintenance of defence of the country and safety of the state, protection of the population, uninterrupted functioning of objects in the field of defence of the country and safety of the state forbidden and other zones with special conditions of use of the earths can be established.
It is provided also that the order of an establishment of the specified zones and use in their borders of the ground areas is defined by the Government of the Russian Federation.
