The international architectural competition on designing of a "green" building was won by the Danish company Schmidt Hammer Lassen. It is supposed that the total area of office skyscraper will make about 60 thousand square meters.
The skyscraper will consist of three sections highest of which will reach a point in 188 meters. According to a portal to start object building it is planned in 2012. Building end is planned for 2016.
The tower with the advanced control systems of a building will be power effective, it will equip with solar and photo-electric panels, and also system of gathering of rain water. That the building which becomes the highest in area, as less as possible closed a sunlight to the next objects, each of skyscraper sections will have an inclined roof. Developers of the project count that the building will receive the highest estimations under two standards of ecological building - British BREEAM and American LEED.
